What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a completely natural state of mind; one of complete focus. Once this state has been reached, we can then work with the subconscious mind to change unwanted habits and thoughts into something positive and life changing.
Will I be in total control?
Yes, you will be aware and in control the entire time.
How long does a typical session last?
Sessions will last between 45-60 minutes depending on what the issue is. This will also include some time to discuss your progress, if your goals have changed and gives you a chance to discuss how you feel the treatment is progressing.
Are results guaranteed?
I cannot ever guarantee results because the only person who can make any changes is you. The results will depend purely upon how committed and motivated you are. Hypnotherapy is not a magic wand and should never be treated as such. It cannot make the changes for you, you must be willing and committed to make them yourself.
How many sessions will I require?
This is entirely dependent on a number of factors but the average is usually between 4-6 sessions unless it's smoking cessation which is 2 sessions. Of course it may be less than 4 or more than 6 depending on the issues at hand.
